I’ve spent a decade exploring the science and psychology of living well.
That journey began a few years ago when I survived two near-death experiences, just as my husband and my mum were both diagnosed with cancer.
Tough times have a way of stripping life back to its essence. In that space, I found myself questioning what really makes life good – not just full, but fulfilling. It felt especially poignant as I looked around and saw how fast and complex life had become, and how easily we slip into a default mode where we're keeping up, but feel oddly disconnected from ourselves and from the things that make us feel alive.
Drawing on a career in research, I set out to map the answer. That became Rainbowtarian and my book, The Rainbowtarian Way.
From boardrooms to wellness and cultural spaces, I bring Rainbowtarian to life through talks and experiences.
I'd love to help you – and the people you look after – design lives that are vital, intentional, and fit for modern life.
The Rainbowtarian Way is available on Amazon, Waterstones, and all good bookshops.
