About Katie

A few years ago, with a newborn and toddler at home, I survived two near-death experiences just as my husband and mum were both diagnosed with cancer.

Tough times have a way of stripping life back to its essence. And in that raw space, I became more passionate than ever about wellbeing and living fully.

Drawing on my background in research and innovation (JustPark & others), and supported by experts across different fields, I set out to explore the science & psychology of what that really means.

That journey became The Rainbowtarian Way – a bold approach to staying healthy, happy and human in the digital age: practical, uplifting and built for the pace and emotional complexity of life in the AI age. I call it living in full colour.

My book, The Rainbowtarian Way, has been featured in national media, and is available at Waterstones and other leading retailers.

More About Me

I’m a Cambridge graduate and seasoned speaker who has built ventures, led creative projects, and worked with everyone from global brands to small businesses and purpose-led organisations. My journey includes co-founding JustPark (formerly ParkatMyHouse) and launching Shopwyre, a retail tech platform used by Unilever, Nestlé, Tesco and others.

My blend of strategic thinking and human insight makes the Rainbowtarian approach to wellbeing grounded, compelling, and relevant across today’s world – resonating with different people, in different places, from boardrooms and classrooms to wellness hubs, cultural spaces, communities, and everyday life.

What I do now

Today, I share the Rainbowtarian approach through my book, talks, and workshops – helping individuals, organisations, and communities stay healthy, happy, and human in a world that’s becoming faster and more automated.
