About Katie

A few years ago, I survived two near-death experiences, just as my husband and mum were both diagnosed with cancer.

Tough times have a way of stripping life back to its essence. And in that raw space, I found myself questioning what really makes life good – not just full, but fulfilling.

It felt especially poignant as I looked around and saw how fast and complex life has become, and how easily we slip into a default mode where we’re keeping up, but feel oddly disconnected from ourselves and from the things that are good for us and make us feel alive.

So, drawing on my background in research and innovation, I set out to explore the science and psychology of living well today.

That journey became Rainbowtarian – a roadmap for staying healthy, happy, and human in the AI age.

From boardrooms to wellness and cultural spaces, I bring it to life through talks and experiences. The essence is always the same, but how it comes to life shifts with the people in the room.

My book, The Rainbowtarian Way, has been featured in national media and is available at all leading retailers.

I’d love to help you – or the people you look after – design lives and environments that are vital, intentional, and fit for modern life.
