The Rainbowtarian Colors
At the heart of Rainbowtarian are nine pillars of wellness called The Colors.
Just as our body needs a variety of vitamins and minerals to be in top condition, so our mind needs each of The Colors to flourish. We embrace many of them naturally but Rainbowtarian is about embracing them mindfully - making sure weāre getting enough of each Color and understanding what we need, when. Because, depending on our unique personality, how weāre feeling and whatās going on in our life at any one time, weāll need more of some Colors than others. But each Color plays a vital role in our wellbeing; we are many-sided creatures afterall. And living a healthy lifestyle is about so much more than eating well and exercise. Think of them as wellness for every part of you.
